Report to: Vice President | Level: Executive
The Senior Marketing plays a key role in driving brand presence, consumer engagement, and sport marketing excellence through impactful campaigns and activations. This position combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution to strengthen the brand’s position within the sports and lifestyle community.
I. Some of the key responsibilities
- Planning and executing online and offline seasonal campaigns, product launches, events, and more.
- Maintaining brand identity through social media and digital channels.
- Understanding and implementing trade marketing and promotion schemes during peak sales seasons.
- Work with KOLs and Celebrities on sponsorships and partnerships opportunities.
- Manage media relationships and work with PR agencies to maintain brand voice in the market.
- Work cross-functionally across departments with merchandising, brand, e-commerce, retail, and more to executive overall brand strategy.
- Other assigns by the Company.
II. The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand activation, sport marketing preferably in sports, lifestyle, or fashion.
- Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with athletes, influencers, or sponsorships is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about sports and brand experience.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
