Report to: Marketing Manager | Level: Executive
The Marketing Executive plays a key role in driving brand presence, consumer engagement, and sport marketing excellence through impactful campaigns and activations. This position combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution to strengthen the brand’s position within the sports and lifestyle community.
I. Some of the key responsibilities
1. Brand Activation
- Plan and execute 360° brand campaigns, product launches, and retail activations to drive brand visibility and sell-through.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and post-campaign evaluations to ensure strong ROI and alignment with brand KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, merchandise, sales, retail, creative and digital teams to ensure seamless activation execution.
- Develop creative briefs, manage agencies, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
2. Sport Marketing
- Manage relationships with athletes, teams, coaches, and sport communities to ensure authentic brand representation.
- Identify and activate sports partnership opportunities that align with brand values and business goals.
- Coordinate athlete/ influencer seeding, merchandise allocation, and event support to maximize visibility.
Support the creation of athlete/ influencer storytelling and content for digital and social channels.
3. Event & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute community events, ambassador programs, and grassroots activations.
- Drive local engagement by connecting with sport clubs, fitness studios, and local influencers.
- Collect consumer insights and event feedback to continuously improve engagement quality.
4. Digital & Social Integration
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to integrate brand and sport marketing initiatives across online platforms.
- Support content planning and storytelling for brand-owned and partner channels.

II. The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand activation, sport marketing preferably in sports, lifestyle, or fashion.
- Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with athletes, influencers, or sponsorships is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about sports and brand experience.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
