Report to: Retail Manager     |    Level: Team member

The Retail Event Leader is responsible for executing and coordinating off-site retail events, including pop-up stores, atrium events, and consignment operations. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of each event, leads and recruits the event sales team, and collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.

I. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute and coordinate end-to-end retail events, including event preparation, hiring, sales operations, inventory control, manpower arrangement, event setup/teardown, and daily cash management.
  • Coordinate with landlords, venues, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure successful event execution and consignment operations.
  • Prepare and follow up on retail-related documentation, including invoices, payments, contracts, stock registration, staff onboarding, and other operational paperwork.
  • Coordinate the procurement of retail operational supplies, including shopping bags, GWPs, VM materials, operational equipment, labels, and uniforms.
  • Support day-to-day retail operations, including stock-taking, asset management, store printing, inventory movement, and ensuring stores comply with retail operational guidelines.
  • Act as the on-site leader during events and, when required, support outlet operations or act as a temporary Store Supervisor when required.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

II. REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Retail Operations, Event Operations, Assistant Store Management, or Store Supervisor within the fashion, sportswear, footwear, or lifestyle retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales-driven event execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Good English reading and writing skills are preferred.
  • Proactive, energetic, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel, visit stores, and work flexible hours based on business needs.
