Job Description

Working location: 25 Floor, Centrepoint South, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra,, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics Management

  • Manage and monitor 3PL performance 
  • Support warehouse setup, transition, and integration across markets 
  • Optimize warehouse operations including bonded and non-bonded models 
  • Ensure compliance with local import/export and re-export requirements 

Inventory & Planning

  • Oversee inventory strategy, including allocation and replenishment 
  • Monitor stock level, aging, and sell-through performance 
  • Work closely with commercial team on demand planning and assortment allocation 
  • Drive improvements in inventory turnover and reduce aging stock 

System, Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Strengthen reporting structure for inventory, sales, and operational performance 
  • Support system integration and data visibility across markets 
  • Identify operational risks and propose practical solutions 

Brand Order Coordination

  • Coordinate and manage order placement with brand principals based on business requirements 
  • Consolidate order requirements from sales team and ensure alignment before submission 
  • Follow up on order confirmation, production status, and delivery timeline 
  • Work closely with sales and planning teams to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment 
  • Monitor order status and proactively address potential supply issues 

Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Planning, or Demand Planning.
  • Experience managing or coordinating with 3PL providers and warehouse operations.
  • Hands-on experience in inventory allocation, replenishment planning, and stock management.
  • Experience in retail, sportswear, fashion, FMCG, consumer goods, or distribution businesses is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to regional or multi-country supply chain operations is a strong advantage.
