Report to: Finance Controller Manager |    Level: Member

The Legal Executive supports the Company by providing legal advice, contract management, and compliance support to minimize legal risks and ensure business operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external counsels to support legal matters, projects, and daily business activities.

I. Some of the key responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and provide legal advice on contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and protect the Company’s interests.
  • Develop and maintain standard contract templates and legal frameworks to support consistent and effective contracting practices.
  • Advise management and internal departments on legal, contractual, and compliance-related matters.
  • Monitor and update relevant stakeholders on legal regulations, compliance requirements, and market practices.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation in business activities, including participation in contract negotiations when required, with a practical and business-oriented approach.
  • Liaise with external legal counsels and authorities on legal matters, licenses, regulatory requirements, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate and support legal projects, audits, and compliance-related initiatives as assigned.
  • Prepare and submit applications for required licenses and support internal paperwork in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Perform other legal-related tasks as assigned by the Company.

II. The Successful Applicant 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law and Law practice certificate is required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a legal role or similar position.
  • Good English reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professional working attitude.
