Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Golf Manager to drive growth and expand our presence within the golf industry across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the golf market in SEA, strong sales and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role is crucial for developing strategic partnerships, increasing market share, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Market Intelligence/Expansion
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential growth areas within the golf industry across SEA
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies and action plans aligned with overall company objectives and regional sales targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify unique selling propositions and differentiate our offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand the company‘s presence in Sea region.
Client Relationship Management & Sales Target Achievement
- Establish business strategy, make plan and execute to achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, key accounts & understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and reinforce the trade terms & ensure partners compliance with trade agreements.
Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
