I. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, competitors’ movements, etc. to identify business opportunities and issues, and understand unmet needs for business expansion.
- Develops and delivers a sales strategy for the market. Research potential customers and development of business opportunities.
- Driving, leading and inspiring a team of Account Manager / Executives, developing talent, and implementing business strategy.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives by identifying areas of improvement to meet business growth objectives.
- Ensure a high level of client engagement and retention through fostering a strong business relationship.
- Manages sales process and pipeline for all Business Development activities.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in Fashion, Sports, or Golf-related industry.
- Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical and financial acumen.
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Good command of English (both written and verbal).
- Passion for Golf and solid understanding of the Golf market is a strong advantage.
- Existing network within the Golf ecosystem (e.g., golf courses, clubs, distributors, communities) is highly preferred.
