Report to: HR Manager | Level: Intern
The Operations Intern supports daily administrative and operational activities across multiple corporate functions, including Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, and Assistant support. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment and develop a broad understanding of business operations.
I. Responsibilities
- Support documentation, filing, data entry, and record management to ensure accurate and organized records.
- Assist with report preparation, meeting coordination, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide operational support to HR, Finance, Administration, and other business functions as assigned.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
II. Requirements:
- IELTs (or equivalent) at 6.0 level and a personal laptop are required.
- Able to work at the office at least 4 - 5 days a week during the internship period.
- University student or recent graduate (Business Administration, Economics, or related fields preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
