We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR & Operations Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, C&B and basic understanding of Operations support. As a key member of start-up business, you will support the overall HR & Admin function and ensure smooth operations.

I. Some of the key responsibilities

Human Resource

• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
• Overseeing the payroll function
• Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
• Managing employee relations
• Propose appropriate improvement measures to improve employee performance evaluation.

Operations

• Provide daily administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks with accounting service firms, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
• Support task regarding to Commercial Operations Admin (Sales)
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors
• Providing support to the Board of Directors for air ticket and hotel bookings, as well as administrative tasks during their business trips to the Philippines.
• Follow the payment timeline for suppliers.

II. The Successful Applicant

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in a relevant job
• “Wiling to do” mindset
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
