Working location: Ho Chi Minh Office | Type of employee: Intern
Report to: Senior Operations Director | Level: Intern
As an intern of the Operations Division, you will work closely with leadership to support daily operations, project coordination, and internal communication. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations and management.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director in administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in coordinating projects across departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and internal communication.
- Conduct market or internal research as requested.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and summarize key takeaways.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Requirements:
- IELTS (or equivalent) at 7.0 level and a personal laptop are required.
- Able to work at the office at least 4–5 days a week during the internship period.
- University student or recent graduate (Business Administration, Economics, or related fields preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
